Registration

ENTRY FEES

Individual / U21: 150 CHF per athlete
Individual U15 / Masters: 100 CHF per athlete
Conference Package (access to all conferences): 50 CHF per person
Bow storage: 5 CHF
Fitness unlimited acces for 3 days : 10 CHF 

Registration & Visa

All entries and visa invitation letter requests are to be completed using the World Archery Online Registration System WAREOS. This system handles the entre registration process for this event.

All participants who need an entry visa to Switzerland, will be required to complete the Visa Support sections in WAREOS by no later than 20 September 2023. It is the applicants’ responsibility for supplying the necessary information, ensuring all details are up to date, correct and submitted by the deadlines specified. In addition, all participants that require a visa are kindly requested to supply a copy of their latest/valid passport. Copies of each application can be uploaded on WAREOS. All passport copies and personal details entered/uploaded to WAREOS or OPENWAREOS will be held securely and in the strictest of confidence and not shared with other parties.

Member associations & athletes

Member associations & athletes can login to WAREOS with their username and password. After entering WAREOS, selecting the event from the list will allow a member association or athlete to register for the competition. Select/press the “Entries” button to see the list of the event’s categories. Select/press the “category” to enter the athlete participating for that event. A WAREOS User Manual can be downloaded in PDF format (English) upon login.

Conferences

Different conferences about archery performance will take place at the Centre during the 3 days of the competition (physical training, mental preparation, new technologies in archery performance, panel with elite archers, etc.). The conferences will be held in English by international experts and are included in the conference package fee.

Fitness

For 3 days, you can access to the fitness room for CHF 10.

Payment conditions

Complete all necessary sec1ons in WAREOS or OPENWAREOS and make full payment by the specified deadlines. We use bank transfer, please find LOC Bank transfers details aAached. The entry fee should be paid in full before arrival. Only complete payment will secure your spot. Full refund cancellation deadline 15 September 2023
